You give us, or we generate as you use the app:

• Account details — your name, email, and password.
• Profile details — phone number, date of birth, delivery address, and dietary preferences.
• Activity — the bowls you view, orders you place, and feedback you submit.
• Device details — if you turn on notifications, the push subscription needed to send them, plus basic technical data (like your browser type) needed to keep the app working.

We use your information to:

• Run the Test Kitchen — open drops, take orders, and deliver your food.
• Send drop alerts and order updates you have asked for.
• Understand feedback and decide what to add to the menu.
• Keep accounts secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on your consent for marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time.

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares basic account information with us — your name, email address, and profile image when available — so we can create and secure your Test Kitchen account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google services. We use and retain this basic account information only as described in this policy.

We share only what is needed with the services that help us operate — for example our hosting and database provider, and delivery. They may only use your data to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Drop alerts and order updates are optional. You can turn them off from your profile settings or your device/browser at any time; turning them off does not delete your account.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the programme and meet our legal obligations. Access to Test Kitchen data is restricted to the Green District team.

You can view and edit your profile in the app, withdraw marketing consent, and ask us to delete your account and personal data. To make a request, email support@thegreendistrict.co.
