Terms of Service

You need to be at least 18 years old and able to receive deliveries in an area we serve. One account per person. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account.

Drops are limited menu tests released on no fixed schedule. Each drop has a set number of bowls and an ordering window. Placing an order reserves a bowl at the tester price shown for that drop. We may change, delay, or cancel a drop — if we cancel an order you have already placed, you will not be charged for it.

Bowls are served as designed for the test, so customisation is limited during the tasting programme. This helps everyone evaluate the same recipe.

Prices are shown per drop and may differ from our regular menu. Delivery is available within the stated window and area. To request a cancellation before the bowl enters prep, contact us as soon as possible. Once prep has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, and fish. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from a given allergen. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, check the listed ingredients for each drop and do not order if you are unsure. Eat responsibly and follow any storage or use-by guidance we provide.

The Test Kitchen runs on honest feedback. When you submit ratings, comments, or take part in feedback exercises, you give Green District permission to use that feedback to improve and market our menu, without owing you payment for it. Please keep feedback truthful and your own.

Please do not resell bowls, abuse the ordering system, submit fake feedback, or misuse the app. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or the spirit of the programme.
